Victor F. Price
Mr. Price brings a wide variety of experience and skills to Bollinger Connolly Krause. Currently, Mr. Price concentrates his practice in the areas of general tort litigation, product liability, and premise liability.
Mr. Price began his legal career as a 711-Certified Law Clerk at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office where he served as a member of the Felony Trial Division. After graduating from law school Mr. Price worked at a small boutique civil litigation firm that specialized in 1983 civil rights violations – specifically police brutality and misconduct and malicious prosecution.
Most recently, Mr. Price practiced at general litigation law firm in northwest Chicago where he specialized in representing commercial clients in a variety of matters. Because of his thorough understanding of courtroom procedure and trial strategy Mr. Price was able to obtain countless successful results for his clients. Mr. Price also successfully represented numerous clients on appeal to the Illinois Appellate Courts.
In addition to his work as a practicing trial attorney, Mr. Price regularly volunteers his time as a pro bono attorney to Chicagoland area first-responders that need estate planning services. Mr. Price is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, and the Illinois Bar Association. Originally from Colorado, he is also an active member of the Chicago chapter of the CU Alumni Association.
