Robert S. Tengesdal

Mr. Tengesdal has extensive litigation experience with a primary focus on defending medical negligence claims against hospitals, physicians and nurses. He has defended against a wide variety of professional negligence claims including: anesthesiology, bariatric surgery, cardiology, colorectal surgery, critical care medicine, dentistry, dermatology, emergency medicine, general surgery, gynecology, hematology, infectious disease, nephrology, neurology, neurological surgery, obstetrics, oncology, ophthalmology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthopaedic surgery, pathology, pediatrics, physical medicine & rehabilitation, pulmonology, radiology, sports medicine and urology.
Mr. Tengesdal has been an invited speaker on topics such as risk management, Illinois Medical Practice Act and managing a malpractice lawsuit.
While a student at Loyola, Mr. Tengesdal received the CALI Award for excellence in Advanced Writing for Civil Litigation.
